During my Christmas stay, there were two standout features of the hotel that I absolutely loved. the breathtaking view from the terrace was simply mesmerizing. I could sit there for hours and take in the panoramic scenery of the surrounding mountains. It was truly a sight to behold and added a touch of magic to my holiday.
One aspect that could be improved is the language barrier. While it added to the charm and cultural experience, it did pose a slight challenge in communication.

The view was amazing..nice little balcony. We had trouble finding the hotel but it was in a cool location on a hillside overlooking the town. Very helpful staff and great shower.
The internet did not work. The staff tried to help us, but we never did get the service to work. The pool was beautiful but we were not able to use it due to cleaning (I think). That was a disappointment.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town surrounded by friendly people who are willing to help. the owner of the hotel provided excellent hospitality by picking us up from the train station and even offered us a delicious pasta dinner when the restaurant was closed. the view from the terrace and pool was breathtaking and provided a calming atmosphere.
The language barrier could be challenging since not many people in the town speak English.

Extremely helpful staff. Great position, good views and dinner. Huge potential if a little work done on the rooms. Good value for what I paid.
Room needed repairs and bed inner springs noisey and need replacing. Road to hotel not the best (although that may have been my Sat/Nav).

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to local attractions such as beaches and museums. the panoramic views from the terrace were breathtaking and added to the overall experience. the hotel offered a special New Year's Eve dinner that included live music to enjoy.
The condition of the rooms was not up to par. the rooms were dilapidated and showed signs of years of wear and neglect.
